Beta Training: Compliments

You take a deep breath, trying to steady yourself as you step onto the crowded sidewalk. goddess’s voice is still in your head, firm and teasing all at once: “go on, little beta. show me you understand your place. compliment every alpha you see.” there’s no room for hesitation—you know better than to disappoint her. one by one, you approach more men. muscular gym-goers, sharp-dressed businessmen, natural leaders who don’t even have to try. you stammer out praises, making yourself to acknowledge their superiority. some laugh, some nod, some ignore you entirely—but each reaction only drives goddess’s lesson deeper. you’re beneath them. you exist to admire, to submit. by the time you return to her, your face is hot with shame. you kneel at her feet, your head bowed, waiting for her judgment. and when she finally speaks, her voice is full of amusement. “good boy… but we’re just getting started.”
