Suspect was cooperative with LP from initial interaction. Upon recovering *** merchandise, LP officer was perplexed. She attempted to steal a cucumber. She was willing to explain her reasoning and even gave officer demonstration of her need for it. LP officer decided to teach her a lesson on set and let it slide due to the trivial value of the merchandise.
